Another example of seeing a model at TurboSquid site and instantly knowing I could do something with it. I bought a scooter just to have a couple of moving camera shots. I do like it around the Olympic Park area. Kids are making entire cities in Blender in fifteen minutes. I'm just pleased to have made the parking bay electric vehicle charging cable in Blender.

Blender now has a very fast renderer and that's made 3D animation an absolute delight. The wheel rotating in sync with the shutter speed provided me with a lovely problem - at times it looked like the wheel was not turning at all - or was turning backwards. I had to cut down the length of various shots because the rotation thing only looked okay for a certain number of frames before it all went weird.

This short ACTUALLY has a story! George Lucas may be the king of wooden dialogue - but I'm the king of no story.
